You will notice your life will begin changing when you develop healthy habits. We can work together to develop those habits and discuss how they affect your personal lifestyle. Stress Management - It involves various techniques that help control stress levels and improves daily functioning. The importance of stress management helps with breaking away from the stress that interferes with one’s daily life. Its goal is to help one live a more balanced life. In other words, they gain the confidence to take on new challenges while making time to enjoy their lives. Meditation, yoga, exercise, and eating healthier are examples of how to manage stress. Anxiety Management - This type of stress management uses techniques to manage anxiety and its disorders. An anxiety order includes panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and various phobias. Many patients use behavioral and psychotherapy counseling. Other techniques may include relaxation, deep breathing exercises, and physical exercise.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours, will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the reserved services.
